Purchase Method

Purchase method:

If you would like to purchase our commodities, please follow the 5 steps below.

Fill out the "Order Form" indicating the item code, quantity, delivery method and the arrangement of insurance coverage. Then email the "Order Form" back to us at sales@teaandpot.com.

Once we have received your order, we will confirm it by return email and advise you of the following:

stock availability,

total amount payable which includes the total price of the item(s)
ordered, freight charges (according to the freight charges of the
courier companyor post office), insurance cost (if any), and

the Order no. we assign to you.

You can then pay by Wire Transfer (also known as Telegraphic Transfer / T.T.) to our following accounts (Please note you are responsible for any associated fees that your bank charges).

(If you choose to pay by Hong Kong dollars, please multiply the total amount payable by the exchange rate fixed by the Hong Kong Government, which stands at 7.8).

After payment, please fill out the "Payment Advice" to let us know

the T/T reference no. assigned by your bank which is found
on your payment slip (so we can check with our bank),

our assigned order no. (so we know who is paying us), and

then email the Payment Advice back to us at sales@teaandpot.com.

Upon receipt of the full cash payment, we will send out the ordered commodities to the designated address using the post method you have chosen. The time required to send out an order will be within 15 working days after our receipt of your cash payment.

Inspection of the ware before purchase / Delivery by person:

	If you would like to have a look at the teapot(s) before your purchase or have it/them delivered by hand and you agree to pay for our round trip ticket, you can simply contact us by emailing to sales@teaandpot.com and we will try to arrange the teapot(s) to be delivered to your city. If one of our staff is available for travel, we will quote you the round trip air ticket obtained by us e.g. Hong Kong <--> your city. If you accept the price and pay the return ticket, we will bring the teapot(s) to your city for your assessment and consideration.
	If you would like to have a look at the teapot(s) before your purchase in Hong Kong, 5% deposit is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will show you the teapot(s) for your assessment and consideration. If you decide to purchase the teapot(s), you only have to pay the balance to us. In case you find the teapot(s) not totally satisfactory, the deposit will be charged as the pay to our assigned staff for the specific duty of showing the teapot to you.
	Besides, if you would like to try our tea, we will charge USD20.00 for each brew. Anyway, if you purchase the teapot from us, the 1st brew will be free of charge.
